The LCS Board would like parents to know that they are welcome to attend the open sessions of the board meetings.
If you have a topic you would like to discuss with the board, you can email the item to Tom Andersen, Board President(firstname.lastname@example.org )
Secondary Parents ONLY
Topic: Youth Mental Health and S.O.S. Training.
Youth mental health statistics are alarming. Research has shown that the majority of parents are unaware of their child’s suicidal thoughts and behaviors. SOS Signs of Suicide is an evidence-based program equipping students, parents, and educators to raise awareness by identifying warning signs and implementing proactive responses to students struggling with mental and emotional distress. Join us for a parent training to learn more about this crucial topic and how Liberty is working to equip and support our students.
