LCS À La Carte Program

Background

God is calling Liberty Christian School (LCS) to disciple as many students as possible, while developing their full personal academic and spiritual potential as defined in the mission statement. LCS desires to be a good steward of all that God has provided. The À La Carte program is designed to help LCS disciple more students and support a core value of LCS in partnering with the family.

Terms and Conditions

LCS offers courses in the À La Carte program on an individual basis and will provide a transcript for high school credits earned to the student’s school of record according to these terms and conditions.

LCS is not the school of record for students in the À La Carte program and is not responsible to provide a high school diploma for the student’s overall course of study.

LCS is not responsible for the acceptance of credits by the school of record/program responsible for the student’s diploma. Families are responsible to check acceptance requirements with their student’s school of record/program.

The LCS À La Carte program is open to students in 9th-12th grades. Students are required to take a placement test if enrolling in a math class. Other class placements are subject to prerequisite course requirements.

Fully enrolled LCS students receive preference for class selection. The À La Carte program is provided for available seats in classes that are not otherwise at capacity.

Participation in the LCS sports program requires full-time enrollment at LCS (4 classes) as well as WIAA and LCS requirements for eligibility.

Student activities and events at LCS are offered at additional fees. Please inquire at the school office for details.

Students must abide by LCS policies and standards as described in the Parent/Student Handbook and outlined on the school’s website.

The school reserves the right to review and cancel a student’s participation in the À La Carte program at any time because of failure to pay any outstanding tuition amounts on time.

Additionally, any student who fails to remain in good standing at the school (academic, attendance, or disciplinary) will jeopardize their continued participation in the program.
