New Student Application Materials
New Student Application Instructions and Materials for the 2018-2019 school year:
A complete application file will contain the following completed and signed forms along with the application and registration fees:
- Copy of birth certificate or passport
- Certificate of Immunization (signed by parent) or Certificate of Immunization Exemption (signed by parent and HCP)
- Create a ParentsWeb account by going to this link: https://lib-wa.client.renweb.com/pw/
- Once you have set up your ParentsWeb account, you will log in to your account and select the FACTS tab on the left side of the screen, towards the bottom. Click the link taking you to the FACTS section. This will open the billing page, which will show you 2018-2019 school year payment information and options. Please select the "FACTS Home" link and follow the step by step instructions to select the payment plan you prefer. In the final "Review and Authorize" screen at the end of your registration, please accept the terms and conditions, and under "Contact Information", check the boxes for “Use e-mail for correspondence” and “Please send me e-mail payment reminders.” This will enable FACTS to provide you with an email or text reminder of upcoming payments four days prior to the due date.

We will also need a copy of one of the following for all new students:
A Release of Records from the student's previous school for grades 1-12 will be required.
