Running Start

Liberty students in grades 11 and 12 have the option of attending Columbia Basin College while simultaneously earning high school and college/university credit. Running Start students and their families do not pay college tuition, but they do pay college fees and buy their own books, as well as provide their own transportation. Students receive both high school and college credit for these classes accelerating their progress through the education system. 

Liberty Christian welcomes Running Start participation and works closely with students to ensure graduation requirements are being met.  To participate in Running Start, students must register with their local school district and follow Running Start Enrollment requirements at Columbia Basin College.  To earn a high school diploma through Liberty Christian School, students must comply with the corresponding Board Policy.
