Terry serves as administrator for Liberty Christian School. Born
and raised in North Carolina, he received his B.A. in psychology
from East Carolina University in 1979. Having received Jesus
Christ as his Savior as a child, his desire to go into
vocational ministry led him to attend Liberty Baptist Seminary
(now part of Liberty University) in Lynchburg, Virginia,
receiving a Master's degree there in 1982.

Although school ministry was not a clear direction at the time,
he soon found himself teaching in a small school in Lincoln,
Nebraska. It was there that his church ordained him as a Baptist
minister of the Gospel. After serving for over three years
there, he sensed a definite desire to pursue school
administration as his life's ministry. While serving as the
assistant pastor and principal of a small Christian church and
school in South Carolina, he took advantage of his summers by
earning a Master's degree in Educational Administration from
nearby Bob Jones University in 1989.
In 1993, Terry had the opportunity of becoming the
secondary principal of Victory Christian School in the
Sacramento, California area. After serving seven years in that
capacity, he then took on the additional role as superintendent
of the entire K-12 Victory school system of approximately 700
students. In June 2003, Mr. Campbell was appointed by the LCS
board as administrator.
Terry and his wife, Ruth, have two teenage daughters,
Bethany and Charity. Terry and his family attend Bethel Church. |
