Tuition aid applications must be
submitted by April 15th for the following school year.
Initial approvals are made by June 1st . Additional families
applying after the cutoff date of April 15th, may be considered for
tuition aid beginning August 1st.
Families deemed eligible for tuition aid but unable to be helped due
to a lack of funds in the Tuition Aid Fund may be considered at a
later time for tuition aid if additional funds become available.
Tuition assistance for qualifying families will be determined by the
results of a financial analysis report performed by an independent
outside agency which is paid for by the applicant. Based upon those
results, the Liberty Christian School Financial Aid Committee will
distribute available funds to families based on greatest need and
availability of funds.
To apply for tuition assistance, you may pick up a
Tuition Assistance Packet
at the school or log on to the Confidential Financial Analysis site
at
www.online-cfa.com.
Directions for logging in to
this site can be found by clicking here.
We will need a copy of your current
tax return for verification of the information you provided to the
analysis agency. Please also be prepared to provide other
verification items at the school’s request, which might include pay
stubs from employment, paperwork explaining income from social
security, temporary aid, food stamps, child support, alimony, etc.,
as well as divorce papers (if applicable) and your business tax
return (if applicable). It is also recommended, but not required,
that you prepare a letter to Liberty Christian School explaining the
nature of your need in order for the Financial Aid committee to have
a better understanding of your situation when allocating assistance
funds.
